AAUA Post UTME Admission Form 2023

AAUA Requirement for Admission:

To be eligible for the screening exercise, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You selected Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba‐Akoko (AAUA) as your first choice institution in the 2022/2023 UTME and scored 160 and above.
  2. Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their first choice institution and scored 160 and above in the 2022/2023 UTME.
  3. Candidates who did not initially choose AAUA but are willing to make it their first choice institution must effect the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS before the close of registration.

Online Registration:

To register for the Post-UTME screening exercise, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the AAUA Post UTME Portal at https://putme.aaua.edu.ng.
  2. Create an account using your valid JAMB registration number and email address.
  3. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email. If not found in your inbox, check the spam box.
  4. Log in and make a payment of ₦2,000 only via Pay Tech (MasterCard and VISA only).
  5. After successful payment, fill in your bio-data with accurate details.
  6. Print out the bio-data slip for reference.

General Instructions:

Here are some general instructions to keep in mind during the registration process:

  1. Ensure you upload all your O’Level results accurately on the portal.
  2. You can have a maximum of two (2) sittings for the O’Level requirements.
  3. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O’Level results.
  4. For Direct Entry candidates, AAUA accepts ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), and JUPEB (6 Points).
  5. Candidates awaiting O’Level results can apply but must upload their results on both the University portal and JAMB CAPS once they are released.
  6. Check the Admission Requirements to confirm the O’Level and UTME subject requirements for your desired course.
  7. If you did not comply with the UTME subject combination, make sure to change to your preferred courses on JAMB CAPS.
  8. Pay attention to the O’Level requirements for your chosen course, including Credit Passes in English Language and Mathematics for all AAUA courses.
  9. Complete the online form carefully, following all necessary instructions, to avoid disqualification due to mistakes or misrepresentation.
  10. Keep evidence of completion of the transaction for future reference.
  11. Participation in the online screening exercise is mandatory for consideration by the University.

Special Notice to Prospective Applicants:

Here are some additional points to note:

  1. The registration for the online screening exercise starts on Thursday, 15th September 2022.
  2. Applicants for the Law program must score a minimum of 250 marks in the 2022 UTME.
  3. Provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The University will not be responsible for missing information due to invalid email addresses or non-functional phone numbers.
  4. Beware of agents claiming to represent the University. The University does not have any agents.
