Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, has officially released its Post UTME screening form for the 2023/2024 academic session.

This announcement was made by the school management, and it is essential for all interested candidates to take note of the application process, eligibility criteria, and necessary requirements.

Eligibility and Requirements:

To be eligible for the Kogi State Poly Post UTME screening, candidates must have chosen Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, as their first choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 160. The following documents will be required for the screening exercise:

  1. O’ level results
  2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
  3. A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (if applicable)
  4. O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
  5. Two passport photographs
  6. Indigene letter
  7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age

Application Process:

Qualified candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) only through the University’s portal at https://kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng/. The application process is strictly online, and candidates can also make payment via Remita using any acceptable debit card (Visa, Verve, and Master Card) or by printing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and making payment at any commercial bank listed on the portal.

After successful submission of the online application, candidates are to prepare the following credentials and present them at the screening centers:

  1. Pack all credentials in a quarto-size envelope
  2. Label the envelope with name, department, and JAMB registration number

The Kogi State Poly Post UTME screening date for 2023/2024 will be communicated to all eligible candidates through the email addresses and phone numbers used during registration.
