If you are a candidate who chose Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) or if you didn’t choose ESUT but are now interested in applying, here’s some important information for you.

ESUT Post UTME 2022 Deadline for Registration:
The online registration for ESUT Post UTME starts on September 27, 2022, and ends on October 30, 2022.
It’s crucial to complete your registration within this period. The portal will close on November 1, 2022.
ESUT Cut-off Mark and Eligibility:
The cut-off mark for ESUT Post UTME is 160, except for certain programs like Medicine and Surgery, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing Sciences, Pharmacy, and Law, which require a minimum score of 200. Candidates who meet the cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
Application Procedure:
To apply for ESUT Post UTME online screening, follow these steps:
- Visit the ESUT portal at portal.esut.edu.ng and click on the 2022/2023 Admission Screening Registration under Regular Students.
- Fill in your JAMB registration number and provide the required details on the next page to generate your invoice.
- Choose your preferred payment option using Interswitch: either pay at a bank branch with the generated invoice or pay online using your debit card.
- Return to the application page and re-enter your JAMB registration number.
- Complete the form, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Confirm your entries and submit your application.
- Finally, print out your acknowledgment slip for future reference.
Important Notes: Here are a few crucial points to remember during the application process:
- All candidates must upload their O’ Level results in JAMB-approved CBT Centres. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Candidates who are awaiting NABTEB, WAEC (May/June), and NECO (June/July) 2022 results can still apply.
- Results released after December 31, 2022, will not be accepted.
- Consistency in the name used across all registration documents is essential to avoid disqualification.
Direct Entry Candidates:
Direct entry candidates who selected ESUT are also required to undergo the online screening.
They should follow the same application procedure as UTME candidates. Additionally, they must request their institutions to forward their results to the ESUT Registrar transcripts.
