- The sale of forms begins on 11th April 2023 and ends on 30th April 2023.
- To obtain the form, you need to provide evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,200 Naira (Five Thousand, Two Hundred Naira) only.
- The payment should be made through the Remita platform. Instructions for payment can be found below.
- Additionally, you must pay Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) only to the FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee Account No 2034009628 at First Bank PLC.
- Once you have submitted the stamped evidence of payment, you can collect the application forms at FCT School of Nursing Gwagwalada.
- Complete the application form and return it to the Principal, Nursing, FCT College of Nursing Sciences Gwagwalada.
- Ensure you submit the completed form immediately after filling it for Data Capturing.
- The submission of completed forms for Data capturing ends on 30th April 2022.
- The entrance examination for the program will take place from 2nd to 7th May 2023. Candidates will receive their individual exam details via SMS. The examination will be a Computer-Based Test covering English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Current Affairs.
