Acceptance Fees: New students, also known as freshers, are required to pay an acceptance fee to secure their admission. At AKSU, the acceptance fee for both indigenes and non-indigenes is ₦30,500.00.

To make tuition fee payments, students should follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log into the AKSU portal at http://www.portal.aksu.edu.ng/.
  2. Enter your PASSWORD and JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER in the student’s login tab.
  3. Proceed to the dashboard and click on “payment.”
  4. Select the level and semester for which you are paying.
  5. Choose the payment platform (bank) and click on “payment.”
  6. Print the pre-analysis and visit any commercial bank of choice to make the payment via the e-Tranzact platform.

Late payment of fees or failure to pay on time can attract penalties and may result in the student’s inability to sit for semester examinations.

Payments and charges made after the deadline should be made at any branch of the listed banks, which include Ecobank, First Bank, Access Bank, WEMA Bank, Zenith Bank, Union Bank of Nigeria, United Bank for Africa, and Guarantee Trust Bank.
