BUK Post UTME Form for 2023/2024 Academic Session

The Governing Council of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has announced the cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 Academic Session’s Post-UTME as 180.

Only candidates who selected BUK as their First Choice Institution during JAMB registration will be considered for admission into the university’s programs.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the BUK Post-UTME screening, candidates must have obtained a minimum score of 180 in the JAMB UTME exams.

Price of BUK 2023/2024 Screening Form: The cost of the BUK Post-UTME screening form is 2,000 Naira. Candidates must pay this non-refundable fee via the university’s portal.

Screening Date: The specific date for the BUK Post-UTME screening has not been set yet. Eligible candidates will be informed of the screening date through their registered email addresses and phone numbers. Therefore, it is important to provide a valid and functional email address and phone number during registration.

Application Steps: To successfully apply for the BUK Post-UTME screening form, follow these instructions:

1. Access the official BUK Post-UTME screening website via the university’s portal.
2. Log in using your UTME Number and UTME Score.
3. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
4. Make the payment of 2,000 Naira using any preferred bank.
5. Upload a recent passport-size photograph, which will serve as your official ID during your time at BUK.
6. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.
7. Indicate if you are awaiting any results, which can be uploaded at a later date.
8. Note that the originals of all your credentials will be verified during the Physical Verification Stage of the Post-UTME Screening Exercise to ensure authenticity and qualification for your chosen course of study.

Important Information:

• Consistency in the name and personal information across all documents is crucial; any inconsistency may lead to disqualification.
• All candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years old to be eligible.
• Electronic devices such as iPads, mobile phones, and programmable watches are not allowed in the screening venue.
• Candidates awaiting their Senior School Certificates can also apply, provided the results will be available upon resumption.
• Uploading O’Level results to the JAMB website is mandatory for admission consideration.
• Register with a valid personal mobile number and email address to receive important information.
• Arrive at the screening venue on time; latecomers risk disqualification.
• Candidates who initially selected BUK as a Second Choice Institution must change their selection to make BUK their First Choice Institution to be considered for admission.
• Only candidates and approved personnel will be allowed entry into the screening venue.
• The specific venue for the screening will be communicated to the candidates through email and SMS.
