To be eligible for the screening exercise, prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Choose Borno State University as the first choice during the application process and obtain the minimum required cut-off marks for the desired programme.
- Have a minimum of five (5) relevant O’level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Candidates with a lower credit at National Diploma or Merit in NCE are eligible to register for Direct Entry (DE).
- If a candidate does not meet the required cut-off marks for their chosen programme, they must change to another relevant program through the JAMB portal.
- Both UTME and DE candidates must upload their A’level and O’level results on the JAMB portal. Failure to comply will result in the inability to process the candidate’s admission.
