- Five (5) O’ Level credits obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Must meet all institutional requirements.
- Duration of Training: Two Calendar Years.
- Registration Obtainable: Registered Midwife (RM) or (RN).

Application Process:
Follow these steps to apply for the UATH Post Basic Critical Care Nursing program:

Obtain the Application Form:
- The application form can be obtained either at the school complex or online.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of N7,200 through REMITA, and an additional N200 to FCT NMCC, ACCT NO. 2034009628, FIRST BANK.

Fill the Application Form Online:
- Visit www.remita.net and click on “Pay TSA & State,” then select “Pay Federal Government of Nigeria.”
- Select U.A.T.H as the MDA and IGR (Internally Generated Revenue) as the service.
- Provide your full name, email, and phone number.
- Confirm the transaction and proceed to payment.
- Copy the displayed RRR number and make the payment at any commercial bank.
- Scan the Remita receipt and bank teller together.
- Go to www.uath.gov.ng and fill out the application form following the provided instructions.
- Note: The sale of forms ends on May 16, 2023.

- Scan a recent passport photograph and the bank teller/receipt used for payment.
