- Technical Issues at Testing Facilities: Due to technical difficulties encountered at some testing facilities, 28 candidates were unable to complete their UTME. The Mop-Up Exam offers them a chance to complete their assessments.
- BVM Failure: A group of 1,799 candidates initially failed the Biometric Verification Machine (BVM) process and were subsequently retested at the centers. These candidates will also have the opportunity to retake the exam during the mop-up session.
