Cut-off Mark:
For UTME candidates, a minimum score of 140 in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is required for admission into most courses.
However, certain programs have higher minimum cut-off marks.
The programs with a minimum cut-off mark of 150 are Accounting, Economics and Development Studies, Political Science, Sociology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Library and Information Science.
All courses in the College of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering have a minimum cut-off mark of 160.
Direct Entry candidates must have at least a Lower Credit at National Diploma, a minimum of nine (9) points at NCE, and a minimum overall score of six (6) points (with at least one point in all the courses taken) at IJMB.
Screening Dates:
The screening for Direct Entry (DE) candidates will take place from Monday, 28 August, to Friday, 1 September 2023. Candidates are required to bring their original credentials for verification during the screening process.
Application Procedures:
To register for the Post-UTME screening exercise, follow these steps:

- Read the instructions carefully.
- Fill in the correct information about your personal and academic data in the provided columns.
- Ensure that you provide a correct and active email address.
- Save your data and submit it for further processing.
- Proceed to the payment column to process the payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for the Post-UTME screening.
- After payment, print the payment confirmation slip for your records.

- Registration for the screening starts on Friday, 14th July 2023 and ends on Thursday, 24 August 2023, at 12:00 midnight.
